In Mediterranean area is possible to grow in winter without heating systems, but this cultivation under sub-optimal climate conditions, production and quality of winter fruit harvests are usually lower. In order to solve these limitations heating systems have been implemented, similar to those widely used in cold winter climate areas, thus making necessary to study in situ the management of such systems.
